Floor Works is a small family-owned business located in The Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Jason and Julie Braddock opened a carpet cleaning business in Greenville North Carolina in 1997. That business grew to include flooring sales, installation and interior design services. As a Native of East Tennessee, Julie wanted to move back home closer to her family and in 2002 we sold the NC based business and opened Floor Works here in TN. Currently we have a brick and mortar store here in Sevierville and another in Cosby Tennessee. We offer all types of flooring to include carpet, tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl and more. We provide products and services for both commercial and residential consumers offering anything from replacing the bedroom carpet to remodeling your entire kitchen and bath. We have a team of dedicated employees that are happy to help you renovate, build and enjoy your home.

Meet the team

Jason

Jason Braddock is a native of New Jersey. He moved to North Carolina after college and
became a Police Officer. Realizing his passion was to become a business owner he and wife
Julie began Pinnacle Carpet Care in Winterville, NC. As time went on Jason a
nd his growing family moved to Tennessee and continued their business ventures here in Sevierville, TN.
Today he has 3 adult children and 1 grand daughter. He enjoys boating, river rafting and watcvhing Nascar!

Julie

Julie Braddock is a Tennesee native and has lived throughout the US. After marrying Jason she
left a career in Law Enforcement to build their business and stay home with the kids. Julie loves
camping, spending time with her family, hiking and reading.

Amy

Amy has been a Sales Associate with Floor Works for since 2017.Here in our show room she
assists our walk in customers with their decorating decisions and does the bookkeeping. She has
an adult son and loves to camp, relax and spend time at the lake.

Michael

Michael has been a Flooring Mechanic and Remodeling Expert with Floor Works since 2017.
Michael has been remodeling homes and operating heavy machine since graduating high
school.He enjoys river rafting, camping and sno boarding with his son and fellow co-workers

Alex

Alex began working in the family business as a teenager.
Back then his goal was gas money! Now he is a lead Flooring Mechanic and is working towards earning a builders
license. Alex hopes to continue growing the family business to include fine home building and sales. He loves to go river rafting, snowboarding, camping and boating.

Katie

Katie came aboard our crew in 2021 as a sales associate and interior design specialist. She loves to help our clients design their dream bathroom or kitchen. Katie stays current on the latest trends while keeping you rspace timeless. Katie loves spending her time with her family, playing with her dog Zuri and exploring new places with her boyfriend Alex

Sebastian

Sebastian began working with Floor Works in 2021 as an apprentice flooring mechanic. He has quickly learned the ropes and is workingn towards leading his own crew.
Sebastian is recently married to his beautiful wife Emily and they have one son. He loves spending time with his family, river rafting, going to church and spending time on the lake.
